Glacier National Park Guided Photography Tour

June 13-16

Day 1

Starting out in West Glacier we will venture out into the Lake McDonald area to get the best views of the lake and then hike up the Avalanche Trail. We will be surrounded by beautiful vegetation along with the trail that follows the river and ends at the lake.

Day 2

We will travel the Going To The Sun Road stopping at Logan Pass. Logan Pass is also the best place to photograph mountain goats and continue onto Siyeh Curve as it drops back into the heavy forest area. Mountain goats and bighorn sheep and native flora might be spotted in the area. The Golden Staircase, a large pullout along Saint Mary Lake offers view of Saint Mary Lake.

Day 3

Swiftcurrent Lake is our destination. Many Glacier Hotel is situated on the shores of Swiftcurrent Lake and rests at the base of Mt. Grinnell this is a spectacular sight. Many Glacier is a great destination for wildlife and the panoramic views.

Our specific destinations will vary based on reported wildlife sightings and seasonal conditions. Fee does not include lodging or meals.
